Youth ministry
Youth
A safe and welcoming place for young people to build friendships, explore faith, serve, and have fun.

About this ministry
Cedarfield's youth ministry is a place for teenagers to belong without needing to have polished answers about faith. Gatherings combine friendship, games, conversation, food, service, and opportunities to talk about the questions young people are actually carrying.
Activities may include youth nights, retreats, movie or game evenings, community-service projects, leadership in worship, fundraising, seasonal events, and joint gatherings with other United Church youth.
Leaders follow Cedarfield's screening and safe-church practices. Parent or guardian consent, emergency contacts, transportation details, and any accessibility or medical information are collected when required for particular activities.
The youth program generally includes regular gatherings plus occasional special events, with changes around school holidays and larger activities. Current dates and times are maintained in the At a glance panel and Upcoming Events.
Young people can try a gathering before deciding whether they want to participate regularly. Contact the church office or Children, Youth & Family Coordinator for current dates and age-group information.
