What to know
Cedarfield United Church is a United Church congregation serving London, Ontario. The congregation brings together people from across the city for worship, learning, friendship, pastoral care, and community service.
We are part of The United Church of Canada and share its tradition of combining Christian worship with thoughtful engagement in the life of the world. At Cedarfield, faith is expressed through prayer and Scripture, but also through hospitality, justice, generosity, and the everyday work of caring for neighbours.
Our congregation includes children, youth, adults, seniors, lifelong church members, people returning after time away, and people who are still deciding what they believe. Questions are welcome, and participation does not require pretending to have everything figured out.
Cedarfield is an Affirming Ministry. Our commitment to inclusion includes the full participation of 2S and LGBTQIA+ people in worship, leadership, membership, marriage, and the wider life of the church, alongside an ongoing commitment to accessibility, anti-racism, and removing barriers to belonging.
The church building is also used throughout the week for programs, meetings, community activities, music, movement, and fellowship. Our hope is that Cedarfield is not only a place people attend, but a community where relationships are formed and people can contribute their gifts.
